In February 2025, OpenUS4All held a high school teacher training bootcamp in Athens, Greece, bringing together educators from Greece and Turkey. Teachers from Junior High School Livadochori Lemnos (Greece) and Menteşe Şehit Mehmet Çetin Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesi (Turkey) participated in hands-on training sessions designed to help them implement inclusive and flexible STEAM projects within their curricula.
The bootcamp focused on Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and Open Schooling, equipping teachers with strategies to reduce learning barriers and enhance digital competencies. Through interactive workshops, participants explored the OpenUS4All methodology, gaining practical tools to foster engaging, interdisciplinary education.
The event also featured contributions from consortium members, whose expertise and active participation reinforced the project’s commitment to advancing innovative, accessible education across Europe. OpenUS4All continues to drive progress in STEAM, UDL, and Open Schooling, ensuring all students have the opportunity to thrive.
